Grant Applicant - applied in 2020

This funder is pretty high maintenance and totally in the weeds. They require financial documents to be submitted using their templates, which creates a lot of extra work. They also require multiple prior years of financial information. They also micromanage awarded grants. For example, we were awarded a fellowship, and a requirement of funding is that we must share the resumes of applicants with them. Ridiculous.

Cons

Inadvertently exerts negative influence in the field, Doesn't "get" nonprofits and issues, Difficult to work with, Culturally incompetent, Bureaucratic, Risk averse
