Reviewer 9953 - Grant Applicant - applied in 2019

Verizon Foundation contributed funds for a crisis hotline for victims of domestic violence. Funding was cut in half from previous years (15,000 to 7,5000); we work closely with a local rep who told us how much we should request. We have been advised that the program will likely be phased out in the next year or two, so we should not count on funding after this cycle.

Incredibly hard to get in touch with. Have reached out to the local program officer 5x with no response. The local program officer position has been switched between 3 people in the last year (according to their website), and none have responded to 5x contact requests.
