DO NOT apply without establishing some sort of relationship with them first. The staff is great but the family/Board is tough and rigid.

William Penn has very rigid funding priorities. If you are not positive your organization or project fits, you should talk to a program officer. The application process is difficult and complicated, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to put everything together.
