We had a positive application experience with no prior contact with the funder. However, that level of communication has continued - we are a funded agency and can't get responses!

Good

The primary community person in Colorado is very unreachable and once you do have contact she is unreasonable with her requests. She fails to answer emails and is self-promoting. Our nonprofit has given up on Cigna because of her. We think Cigna is focused solely on high end galas because that’s the only place she is ever seen in this town.
