Ditch the stupid, annoying, outdated Logic Model ("inputs" and "outcomes")--absolutely one of the clunkiest, most annoying formats every invented for grantmaking. Must have been invented by some beancounter who never worked in non-profits or fundraising a day in their lives. If you REALLY want to help non-profits, make the application process logical, efficient, and un-burdensome.
They can be quirky, but stick with them--it's worth it!
They are extremely generous within our community, giving some of the largest grants of any local foundation.

It's hard to predict from one year to the next who and what they will fund. But, they are exceedingly generous.
More consistency in what kinds of things you'll fund, and match the funding with the stated goals and priorities.
Make an appointment to see the fund manager in person--it's a good investment of your time.
