I have worked as a grant professional for over 15 years. Almost every health/human services nonprofit I have worked at has applied for this award and not received it. One agency applied 12 years in a row. Eventually decisions have been made that it is just not worth the time and effort.

I don't understand their goals so it is hard to say if they are accomplishing them. The whole $100K, one project that is TRANSFORMATIVE but you cannot pay overhead or any salary or any, etc... is so tired. You want transformative, let us do our work and pay for the work, not another playground we don't need or a van.
Reconsider your budget requirements. You want transformation then pay for everything that has to be done. Not some vanity project. Its Junior League (maybe bush league) philanthropy at best
