Grant Applicant - applied before 2014

I have worked as a grant professional for over 15 years. Almost every health/human services nonprofit I have worked at has applied for this award and not received it. One agency applied 12 years in a row. Eventually decisions have been made that it is just not worth the time and effort.

Cons

Difficult to work with, Bureaucratic, Risk averse

Grant Applicant - applied in 2018

This feels like another variation of "The Nonprofit Hunger Games". Its a competition with no ability to speak to anyone.
