I'm not sure since they're in a phase of finding a new leader, after which they will likely develop a new strategic plan.
Please review your application to simplify it. Some questions are unclear/ask for multiple things in one question. Having to submit a cover letter signed by the board chair is a dated practice and waste of time.
Provide general operating support and are consistent with funding. Program officers are often social workers with experience working in the field.

This foundation understands what it means to work in partnership with their nonprofits and we, as a grantee, couldn't be more grateful for their efforts in partnership. They understand their power in both dollar but also perspective. They see and fund so many grantees that could partner together to enhance their services and scope of work. The best way to try to gain a relationship with them is to know a family member in the market you are applying from. Always reach out to the staff to ask any questions. It's the best way to get on their radar, and they are super genuine and honest with you.

They are closer than any foundation we have worked with, and I believe they are going to continue focus and increase their efforts specifically in partnership and advocacy/policy work.
Increase efforts to connect nonprofits you are funding together. They can do even more for the markets they are serving.
