The process is relatively straightforward from LOI to proposal. We asked for $20K and received $7.5K, which I think is a product of them wanting to fund a LOT of programs.

Their final report portal doesn't let you save and come back. I found that out after I started, so our final report was much vaguer than I intended. So have all your info ready in advance! Luckily the questions were not very precise, so vague answers seemed to be ok.

The LOI process is a great starting point, it allows you to give a decent amount of information, but still doesn't take a lot of time. Once invited for the full app, it automatically puts in information from the LOI and you are able to expand on services in other areas.
