Crystal Trust funds my organization even though we are not located in Delaware and run no programs in that state (we are in PA). Executive Director is very accessible, came for a site visit and answers phone calls in a reasonable amount of time. Application process is very reasonable. They only fund capital projects and are trying NOT to fund the same organizations each year, allowing new folks a chance.
