I would highly recommend submitting a grant request to WCF. They look for clear, concise details of the project you are requesting to be funded. They want to see that there is a plan in place to utilize the funds as requested and a budget that supports the goal of the grant. I would pay close attend to submitting a clear and well-written grant request.
