The process as outlined on their website is exactly what we experienced: a meeting followed by an invitation to apply. I greatly appreciated the chance to meet and discuss the program first. It seemed like a good, efficient use of everyone'e time, and it gave us instant feedback on which elements of the program would be a good fit for funding.
