The Effing Foundation helped me thru the process by explaining it well and throughly. The phone calls and emails were efficient and communication with them is useful information. After I won the grant, I felt like I joined a movement. I became part of something larger. The Foundation has gone above and beyond with additional assistance and encouragment. Fellow grantees help and promote each other regularly. I will continue to promote and encourage people to donate to their mission.

The founder and the advisory committee were extremely helpful throughout the entire process to make sure that were able to make the best case for our proposal. As a grantee, the Effing Foundation has offered us more support than just funds, they have been a great resource as we've worked on making this grant-funded project a reality.
