Clearly outline expectations for grantees in the RFP. Do not require time intensive meetings or retreats without prior notice. Do not coerce grantees to share sensitive donor information for your own uses.

Is there anything else that'd be useful for others to know to understand this funder?

I wouldn't recommend LGBTQ people of color led organizations request support because the funder does not support intersectional work.
