It's hard to know what they'll fund. We were funded one year but not the next. The grant amount is not large (2500-10,000) yet they require reporting, so consider whether it's worth it to your org.

Hard to say what kind of impact they're making. The size of their gifts is not transformational.
Consider how much work goes into completing required reports, and how much impact a gift of your size can make, when considering how practical it is to require an impact report. If we spend 4 hours applying and 2 hours reporting, that costs us a substantial percent of the grant.
In this age of inclusivity and recognizing all genders, it's disheartening to see funding restricted to "women and girls."
