I would encourage them to move to an online portal for applications. This is the only funder we apply to who still requires multiple photocopies of the entire application packet, making it nearly obligatory to do an in-person delivery of the heavy stack of papers (and paying $$$ to park) or shipping it (and paying $$$ to do so).
Not that I can think of!
