NHCF works to provide multi-year operational support. Each region's representative is each to reach and connect with. However, funding is limited, and with their change to multi-year grants, there is less money to go around. Even with their wonderful approach to providing operational dollars, the application process is daunting and cumbersome.

Working with the NH Charitable Foundation is one of the greatest honors I have had in my career. This Foundation GETS IT! I have been engaged with various departments regarding several different funds, each is professional, understands the community, and cares about outcomes, evidence, and capacity.

Each time I have engaged with the NH Charitable Foundation, they are responsive. Staff is always accessible.

The NH Charitable Foundation has become the leader in the state in reducing substance misuse and in increasing early childhood supports. They not only fund initiatives, but they help organizations with capacity and work with state systems to strengthen underfunded state structures.
