Not sure what advice to offer here. We have tried email, phone and snail mail to the Executive as well as managers and have received no response. Website does not stipulate invitation only, nor does it list deadlines or other requirements than that the grant seeker be a Brooklyn org. Subscribed to email newsletter, and they do push a lot of content out, but they do not seem inclined to respond to incoming comms.

It's hard to say. They do certainly seem to fund Brooklyn orgs, but it is a mystery how this happens.
Have attempted numerous times to reach this funder with questions about the application process. Have never received any response.
They their email newsletter very well.
