Ask for a substantial grant because their application and reporting process is the most demanding, time consuming and obnoxious I’ve ever dealt with and we have 60+ foundation grants. Their tone deafness about how demanding they are is stunning. It’s only worth it if you have a large grant. I only wish that I could be so out of touch with the community in which I work and still keep my job.... wow!
Doesn't "get" nonprofits and issues, Difficult to work with, Bureaucratic, Risk averse

Bad
Have no idea but they’re never mentioned by their peers.
Bad
Overhaul your entire proposal and reporting systems and lower your arrogance levels.
We continue to be funded so this is not based on any rejection just astonishment and resentment about how much they demand.
Loyal once they start funding
