I can't speak to this.
The Puget Sound Energy Foundation has historically focused its grantmaking on emergency preparedness. Which we will all need if its 8 million gallon liquified natural gas tank explodes, decimating the people who live nearby. They are building this on traditional Puyallup tribal lands, against their wishes.
Honor the sovereignty of indigenous nations.

Very quick and clear-cut application. The eligibility quiz that potential grantees must complete before starting the application somewhat helps to understand their funding priorities. In addition to viewing past recipients of funds from PSE, you can piece together what they will fund. The only issue is that the character limits do not seem logical and can be limiting in how you want to explain your project.
