This funder screams privilege. Homogenous staff, inequitable practices and leadership that literally sucks all of the minutes out of a meeting. Lot's of talking with little to show. They are talkers not walkers.

They seem to have dropped their leadership in Trauma-Informed philanthropy. They championed it a few years ago and seem to have gotten bored and stopped.
WALK THE WALK! And stop with the Innovation Award being given to the organization that gets the most votes! On the one hand they talk about trauma and then on the other they are running a popularity contest. In order to vote you have to first set up an account on their website then once you get in, you can only vote once. If you're an emerging org, or working with disenfranchised communities how many singular people can you rally to vote for you? Each year it shocks me that they don't see how wrong that is.
