They really need to be more accessible and transparent about what they really fund, v. what they want to look good supporting (in words more so than in funds).
Be more accessible to the smaller NFPs that don't have huge staffs, dedicated grantwriters (staff who do nothing other than grantwriting), large budgets. Your organization can be very intimidating to smaller shops.
Be prepared to put in a lot of time and work for this one. They are heavy on process.
