Remove the donor name requirement for applying for funding.

They ask you to provide the full names and contact info of your largest donors to them. I politely explained that donors do not want this, they don't want to be bothered by a lot of entities, it violates their confidentiality, and also we did a lot of work to find these donors only to hand them over to someone else (they could share with other nonprofits, etc.), potentially. The lady very snippily said, "Well the board DOES NEED TO SEE THAT INFO." I just did not apply.
