Please consider condensing your process so you don't have both an on-site site visit with questions, as well as an oral presentation with questions. It feels like a bit more hoops to jump through (time-consuming for short-staffed non-profits), compared to other community funders who requeste 1 site visit (with follow-up questions by email if any arise) for larger grants up to $100,000.
If you have anxiety or public speaking anxiety, try not to be nervous at the oral presentation - they are very friendly and nice women.

WCA has changed its guidelines to focus on assisting women, especially for creating stability. Be very specific when writing your proposal to emphasize your program primarily is for women ONLY.
