McPherson Community Foundation keeps a low profile. It would be better if it had more publicity about what it does and whom it serves.
Get to know the communities that you serve. Be present at their local events. Join the local Chamber of Commerce and attend meetings. Use your board of directors when staff are not available (because staff are busy helping others "do their thing").

With the addition of the Nutt money, you need to have the community of Lindsborg more represented on your board. I do not see any Lindsborg residents on the board list on your website. You should have a minimum of 2 Lindsborg residents on your board at all times.
They are GREAT at getting information out to interested parties.
