Application software is out of date and slow. It is not user friendly.
It is hard to search for grant opportunities on their website and RFPs are updated sporadically. Unless you already know when opporortunities are usually available, you have to follow them on LinkedIn or check their website regularly.
They have full time staff you can find their email easily on website if you have questions.

Invest in a new online application platform.
They do not give out their own grants, they only facilitate others' funds.
