They make site visits to potential grantees. Most of their funding supports programs in Atlanta with limited funding outside the metro. Our program is in another Georgia city and they made the trip to visit us and talk to our people and see what we do. For us, site visits are often where we post the win yet most funders don't bother to visit. Also, they have a lot of information on their website, including contact info.
