After our initial approach and site visit with the ED, we were advised to submit an LOI suggesting two possible projects for a specific amount each. We were approved for one and submitted a full proposal with budget, which was approved after a site visit.

When the pandemic began, they sent an email releasing our grant funds to wherever we needed them most. Not only that, they have given two more unsolicited, unrestricted grants for whatever we need and have waived all reporting requirements. This is responsive philanthropy at its best.
