Reviewer 2166 - Grant Applicant - applied in 2018
Unexpected Pop ups appear throughout the grant application. Grantees are required to host a fundraiser to benefit UWSL to show community collaboration. However UW does not help promote or work the fundraiser. The quarterly grant report is an online format and the questions do not always apply to your project but you can not leave the field blank. If your goal is to say you work with United Way, then knock yourself out! If your goal is local buy- in for your project it is not worth the hassle.

If you want true collaboration and impact, work with your funded agencies to develop benchmarks that count, not what the template wants.
Love the staff; hate the automated grant process.
They have chosen three areas of impact but do not understand the work that needs to be done in the areas. They also say they do not wish to duplicate services yet have staff within their agency that does what other agencies in the area already established do.
