In my experience, the staff at The Leo M Shortino Foundation has been quite helpful and professional to work with. They are very clear about what they're looking to fund, and they have always been open to conversations about the proposal and program.

We found the Shortino Foundation to be a bit antiquated in their process. They require a lot of work for smaller grants. Some of the requirements seem to be unclear. Some of the process was a bit discouraging.
