Send a male employee to the meeting if possible. Our organization has sent several female employees to these meetings and all have left feeling very uncomfortable and upset with how the meeting played out. The funder failed to talk about our application once. This has been a trend for several years.
The R. Harrold Burton Foundation is working very hard to recognize the efforts of nonprofits in the Utah area.
