They fund over a hundred nonprofits in most years in many different categories. You are more likely to get funded if you have an employee of the corporation on your board, regardless of your mission, as well as if you participate in their matching grant program. The only downside to that is that you have to ask your donors to donate to the foundation and not your agency, and then they turn around and give you all the money back plus 7% up to a certain amount.

I am aware of their funding priorities but not whether or not they are accomplishing them.
Don't ask organizations to ask their donors to give to the foundation in order to receive a matching gift. Thai causes all kinds of confusion and is not best practice donor cultivation and stewardship. It also insinuates a lack of trust.
Connecting to the nonprofit community overall, but supporting critical human needs in particular.
