I was researching their giving program for a client and tried to log in to see the application. I never log in as myself, but use my client’s email address. The system wouldn’t let me create an account. It kept saying the password wasn’t valid even though I tried four or five different passwords that all fit their stated criteria. I emailed the general email address for support, and after a couple of back and forth emails, they were unhelpful. They didn't really seem to care. Today, I got an email from the airline saying that they denied my request for funding because I didn’t fit their guidelines. First of all, I'm well aware that a consulting firm doesn't fit their guidelines. Second, my first email to them said I was working on behalf of a client. And finally (and most importantly), I didn’t apply for funding since I was never able get into the system!!!!

They need to monitor their emails more closely, and try to figure out how someone who didn't apply for a grant, and didn't have an account in their system, somehow received an automated email denying the grant.
