Do a google search for this foundation, and you find their facebook page and their company website. Both have contact information. Call and talk with whoever you can-you might be directed to their financial advisor at Eide Bailly. We lost contact (did not receive calls back or responses to email), and ended up submitting via email and regular mail. We still did not hear anything until a check came in the mail! It was about half the amount we had asked for, but that is pretty good for a first-time funder :)
We were careful to show how our project fulfilled their priorities, and underlined how grateful we were to be both seeking to serve people in our wonderful state.
