It's tough if you don't have a connection. Find a way to get one of their affinity groups connected with your organization.

3M has just been through some staff changes. the new person isn't from Minnesota and my understanding is that funding is going to focus on international priorities. I'm not sure if they are taking on new grantees, but a phone call is always worth it.
