They have taken the time to put together a clear and easy to manage site, that will most likely answer all of your questions. Just know that the culture of the individuals involved in this Foundation is one of collaboration. They want you to succeed and will help those unfamiliar with the process to do so.

Be prepared with what you want from the funder. Have a good idea of the funder's interest by visiting the funders website. Review the websites of the organizations that have been funded. Have a good written summary of what and why with numbers to support it. Be sure that it is something that you are passionate about and have the documentation to support it: impact stories, numbers, etc.
