This funder's website said it had a grant request pause through January 2025 because it was in the middle of an "intensive Strategic Spring to improve and grow strategically." It's now mid-June 2025 and they pause is still in effect, though they've removed the note about it ending in January.
If the past few months, I've reached out to the funder to find out when the pause will end with ZERO response.
-The email listed on their website ([email protected]) bounces back as undeliverable.
-I've sent two requests for information through their online contact form - with no respose.
-I've called their main line three times and each time left a message on a different employee's voicemail - none of them returned my call or sent an email despite me leaving both means to contact me.
Why have ways to reach your staff if no one is going to respond?

Bad
This foundation has 9 employees and 3 summer interns, but seemingly no real way to communicate with them since they don't return phone calls, respond to their online contact form, and their email address listed on their website comes back as undeliverable. So accessibility is abysmal.
Bad
It's beyond frustrating when funders pause funding for strategic planning. Nonprofits don't have that same luxury - services MUST continue even as we grow and improve. It's a bad look on foundations.

Don't know - I can't reach them or even attempt to apply...
