Great feedback- thank you so much. One thing we are really struggling with is the balance between just believing in people and their dreams- and measurable impact. Thanks for identifying that tension since we believe not everything needs to be measured; but as a funder, it is hard to translate that belief in practice. Thanks for being part of the Pollination Project's grantee community!

The Pollination Project is a compassionate organization that supports grantees to flourish and sustain their projects. They believe that both people and compassionate projects can drive change. They support their grantee network with trainings, collaborative networking, and opportunities to receive funding through impact grants. They listen and support grantees through their work by taking time to follow up on reports, connecting through social media and e-mails, and even phone calls. The Pollination Project funding model and support is one of a kind! Every foundation should consider moving towards this type of funding model. The projects that they fund are successful because of the support, which leads to grantees impacting local and global issues. The support, training and networking opportunities that The Pollination Project helps grantees meet their grant goals and beyond.

Very accessible. They provide a closed Facebook Group for grantees to share project news, updates, and opportunities for collaboration. They respond and support grantees through e-mail and teleconference when needed. Very open and ready to help their grantees.

What a great review and thank you for all these kind words. We are absolutely honored to work with you, and to learn from you too. Thank you for all you do to make the world better.

The grant application is so clear-cut and easy to submit. It is all online, but I would recommend having a powerful, definitive mission statement and project outline ready before you begin. If you are serious about social change and have a promising way to actuate the proposed project, you have a great chance of receiving funding.

Nothing. TPP is amazing as-is.
They have great communications on all accounts. Throughout the application process to their social media engagement with grantees, I am so impressed.

Thank you so much for your review and your great work in the world! We are really appreciative of the feedback about the faster funding cycle. We agree it would be so much better if we could have a 30 day maximum decision period, and haven't been able to do it with our global team of advisors and the logistics of navigating their input. But this is something for us to aim for and glad to know it is important to you so we can prioritize it. Thanks again for all you to in the world! So proud to work with you.
