I'm not certain how the funder sees it's goals; so not quite equipped to answer fully.
The funder should provide cohort convenings together to help communities learnings and broad based support for and with each other. Also, create an opportunity to funders leadership to meet with those who are funded.
The funder stays connected and understands the work we do.

They responded rapidly to COVID-related issues for that poor people were experiencing such as rental assistance. They were making additional funding available at a moment's notice without adding any bureaucracy. Terrific staff, too! Very compassionate.

As a long-time grantee, I greatly appreciated the understanding demonstrated by the foundation of what nonprofits are experiencing this year by waiving the reporting requirements for the grant this year.

The Haas Fund is terrific to work with. I have been able to talk through the issues and challenges, and they have been great thought partners. They have also connected us with other grantees of theirs who we could work with.
