This funder is very straight-forward. They are clear about what they intend to fund. My recommendation would be to be candid, as well. Don't try to make it all fit. It either it does or doesn't

The funder has traditional focus on economic security and employment and it was nice that they stretched to include older adults in the focus with this grant.
Be open to needs as the pandemic will linger in its effects for older adults, hands on caregivers and adults with disabilities.
Had a previous grant and with the COVID-19 emergencies, were identified as a strong program for older adults

I have had very positive experiences - I would say to come prepared with data, well organized anecdotal supports, and to be candid and transparent in your challenges and plans. All my conversations have been thoughtful, reflective and part of an iterative process that has yielded more than funding for my organization - our program officer is a trusted partner and has informed my thinking and stretched me as a strategic leader.

Engaging with the team directly is a wonderful experience.
Process advise is to write the grant out in Word first, and then copy and paste into the website. Check format prior to submit.

Don't have enough information to be able to accurately answer this question.
They're thoughtful, inquisitive and realistic. That's three.
