I called earlier in the month to ask a question. The grants manager answered on the first ring and was on the phone with me for roughly 15 minutes. She was very helpful. I really appreciated the support.

We've been really happy with Cafritz thus far. They are really supportive and interested in capacity building for their grantees. We know one organization that has been rejected consistently and they tend to exaggerate their accomplishments. Don't do that!

Overall, the application system worked well. The system did time out a few times but eventually we were able to submit the application. They are a wonderful organization to work with and we look forward to hopefully working with them again in 2024.
